Need some input on Transmission fluid

Swaping my e36 M3 from its 5 speed to the 420g 6 speed. It came shipped empty as expected. My sticker on the trans is the MTF-LT2,,, i have heard/read that this fluid is barely adequate for normal use. Bimmerworld recommends Red Line MTL-LV, was wondering what everyone else is using.

On a side note, i will be using a sprung hub clutch, and light weight flywheel so i know there will be chatter.

I use MTL and I barely ever hear my flywheel chatter. You can use the LV but I stick to MTL because I think it's a bit thicker. Shifts great and I actually just changed it after 20k miles and 4 years. It came out looking brand new and I beat on my car alot.

I just put valvoline syncromesh in mine. Feels great, meets mtf-lt2. Had redline D4 for a week, gears were notchy so I thought it was the fluid but my cross member was loose too so that contributed.
