Hey guys, I have a 2002 M3 and looking to update my LCM for LED taillights. I found out the 2005/2006 LCM has triple blink feature so I am looking to upgrade my LCM to that version. Does anyone know the p/n for the triple blink LCM? Thanks!

The LCM needs to be SW3.6 which can be updated with SW4.7. IIRC, most E46s after a certain date have this LCM or newer (2003 to 2006).

SW3.6 can be updated to SW4.7, but OP can also find a SW4.0+ and have the features like triple blink that comes with it.Comment

If you have xenons with leveling, make sure your new LCM says "dyn FLC" on it otherwise the auto leveling will not work.
I flashed a 3.6 LCM to the newest version following the instructions linked and got triple blink and euro hazards. Works great with my RLS to add auto head lights and OEM LED tails.Comment
