Strut Tower Brace Nut Washers

I don't know about you guys, but I don't like how chewed up my strut tower brace looks from each time the nuts were removed and it scratched up the brace.

I was thinking some kind of thin curved fender washer would cover up the old scratches and prevent further damage.

Anyone had any creative solutions for this?

I used some washers (and aftermarket nyloc nuts), and the washers were thin enoug that they deformed to match the shape of the bar, after being torqued.

Bearing plate or small washer?
