Manual seat rails stuck

Any advice on how to remove a seat if your seat rails are stuck ? Long story short I did an interior swap and the front seats rails were messed up. I didn’t think it would bother me so I installed it and now I’ve gotten new rails to swap out and fix this issue once and for all. Only issue is that I Managed to push the seat back enough where I can’t access the bolts anymore. I tried really hard even with someone pushing from thr back but the seat doesn’t go in front. Any advice or tips on what could be done to remove the seat or access the back bolts ?

If you loosen whichever seat rail to floor bolts you have access to, it might allow the seat to untwist enough that you can actuate the rails.
