I learned from here that an E46 M3 roller is worth whatever someone is willing to pay! Thanks for the advice and input.

I think the price will depend on what left, in this case, everything minus the front clip, motor, trans, and DME which are the most valuable parts on the e46 m3. I see rollers selling for $4-5K with missing drivetrain with like 100K-130K miles. With your roller having 200K miles, your probably looking at like $3-$4k.
Also depends how much time your willing on hold on to it in order to get top dollar or if you want a quick sale you might have to take less.

It has no front sheet metal, (hood, fenders, bumper)? MK20 car, gray interior?
IMO the only real thing of value is the rear suspension, $1500 for the car is what I would think. Someone could part it all out and make a few bucks, but man there isn't much there.
