    IF it was me I'd pull the rear bumper and interior trunk trim, take lots of pics of the repairs and list it for sale at $19k and see what happens. Ideally you'd find someone looking for a track car project. I'd lower the price $250 or $500 a week until it sells.

      Yeah, rear quarter damage will almost always result in being totaled at this point.

      $18k will be tough but at least you know the history.
