You're supposed to use all those parts, with exception of the two smallest conical washers which would only be used if you are using struts with a square shouldered shaft (some aftermarket coilovers).

You can scroll down to some pics and a short explanation of the Turner hybrid mounts in my thread... https://nam3forum.com/forums/forum/m...ate-comparison

For some reason the PDF in that thread isn't working, but there's a similar diagram of the assembly in this thread: https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...-Camber-Plates!

K-Dawg - thank you! You saved my track weekend. I was under a tight timeline to finish the install and get to the shop in time for an alignment. Had to finish up tonight during the week. Very much appreciate the help, those e90 Turner instructions (full PDF in your thread) was amazing. That diagram is exactly what I needed.

I do have to say that Turner/ECS technical help was horrible. I had read this before, but experienced it first hand. It was a collection of errors, they have a completely outdated set of instructions on their website. When I called the first time they were clueless. When I called the second time (today after the above e90 PDF), they couldn’t even find the same PDF. I was going to send it to the guy so he could post on their website. Crazy that their customers have to help them make the right instructions accessible! The kit had no paper instructions as well. Completely unacceptable.

I guess this is part of the post ECS merger. Just glad that we have this forum to help each other out. Hopefully anyone else who buys these camber plates will benefit for my experience (removed and replaced the strut a total of three times).

Just think how efficient you'll be the next time you need to remove them ;-)

Not sure if this was mentioned in the thread, but it's not a bad idea to run the strut tower reinforcement plates when running coilovers or camber plates with a smaller diameter than the stock mounts. Cheap insurance to help prevent strut tower cracks.
