Speaker grill on lower drivers door

i noticed that i have a hole in the the speaker grill cover on the lower side of the drivers door. what are my options to remedy this?

I broke mine banging the door card back on not too long ago. That was a $100 mistake. Got BMW 51418224018 (passenger side) new from ebay. Just check the part number for the driver side.

I must have caulked it - I remember it was weird to get it to line up right for some reason.
