DMTL Error Code: B0/51 - Abort tank-leak diagnosis due to moisture

Hello,

So i have been getting a DTML Error code that comes up about every month or so. Smog check is coming up in October so i need to fix this so i can pass emissions.

• Initial Error was in March 2023
  • I cleared code and carried on (maybe a fluke)
• Error popped up again around around April 2023
  • - Initial research led me to replace the gas cap I purchased and replaced it around May 2023
• Error popped up again in June 2023
  • Cleared code and ignored it again
• Error now came up again July 2023

I decided to look at gas cap again, I did not really clean around sealing surface as there is some gunk build up around metal sealing surface, so cleaned that up. Also noticed a bit of fuel smell and some wetness around the seal of gas cap, definitely smelled like fuel.

I saw a video on testing the DTML but it was only done in ISTA+, Is this a test i can do with INPA? I tried installing ISTA+ but couldn't get it work. Ill attempt to install it again if i need it to diagnose
