Traveling to London - what CSL parts fit in a suitcase?

I'll be in London for a vacation later this month and in addition to vising the palaces, museums and royal jewels...I thought it would be appropriate to procure some CSL parts. That's part of the culture, right? So in all seriousness, are there CSL parts that I can bring home to the US in a suitcase or as a checked-in package? I can have the parts mailed to my hotel that I'll be staying in.

You can check anything in. I checked in a CSL bootlid years ago (oversized charges applied)... Just make sure you pack everything really well.

Years ago I bought an E36 Class II wing in Germany and checked it as "sports equipment." So you can definitely make it happen with the right attitude lol

Should have thought about that when I went for oktoberfest. Too focused on getting wasted.

I’m going to start looking at UK eBay and see what I can find πŸ˜€. What are other good sources for CSL parts?

Probably all the same ones that easily ship to the states for cheap or free from Schmiedmann and Latvian ebay sellers like oe245.

Thwy usually have some CSL parts, they had the full exhaust system, apparently in stock, when I bought my Karb. airbox from them years ago.

For bringing CSL parts home from London, you'll want to stick with smaller, lightweight items that fit easily into your suitcase. Parts like filters, air intakes, or small accessories should work well. Larger or heavier items might be better suited for shipping separately to avoid extra baggage fees and hassle.

If you’re staying at a hotel, mailing the parts directly to the hotel could be a convenient option. When I traveled recently, I stayed at https://www.westgateresorts.com/hote...souri/branson/ and found it really useful to have things shipped ahead of time.

I didn't think this part was any different than the standard SMG pump across the M3 line. When you look up the part number for the SMG pump and accumulator it cross references to all of the E46 m3s and convertibles.

I would get the rcabs and slfront swaybar endlinks. Those should easily fit in a suitcase
