BBS LM Owners?

Going to pull the trigger on ordering set and wondering about durability? Mainly worries about if I ding on, they don’t sell replacement barrels I’ve heard.

Just wondering about the practicality I guess as I’ll be dropping some coin

Aren't the LM's pretty heavy wheels?

Yeah 24 and 25 respectively but I’m just wanting genuine BBS at this point on the street.

They do not sell replacement parts for LM's. I have run a set of 19's for over a decade, I've run them hard, city streets in Houston, never bent a barrel.

LMs might not be the lightest but they are some of the toughest wheels available IMHO.

And let say you bent a lip/barrel, you can get aftermarket replacement to do a 3-pieces conversion and even make them wider.

I've rarely heard of people bending LMs, unlike E88s for example, which should pretty much be considered consumables lol

Mine are holding up well over a year later. I purchased these brand new and I use a few products to keep them looking new.

Just seeing all the replies - thanks guys, yeah I like those rebuild options at least. makes me feel better.

I’m getting the 19x8.5 fronts at et32 and 19x10 rears with et 25 - I needed something to fit over my Brembo GT 355/345 setup.

I ordered thief with Gold centers just to “mix it up” a bit on my car of close to 20 years I can still change to Silver haha - kinda torn actually

I recently got my dream wheels, the LMs, after rocking CHs for most of the time. Absolutely love them and im sure you will too. They are very strong wheels and like the Fellas say, any damage just rebuild them better.
