climate control relocation part

Looking to buy the 2 pieces pictured. It attaches to the climate control unit. Does anyone have an oem part number for the 2 pieces? If it’s not an oem part can someone direct me where to purchase. Thanks for any info 👍

Apparently those two pieces are 3D printed so...... Looks like I might have to pony up and grab a hvac relocation kit
