I'll check with the shop re which tool was used for the adaptations... what if they have a GT1 or DIS clone? it wasn't the Foxwell, I just use that to read/clear codes.

(will that work? or should I dig out one of the retired laptops around here and attempt to resurrect it?)

I have not tested it with win11, but i don't think the jp is that high from windows 10 which is what i use. As long as your usb cable com settings are proper, you should be good to install mikes easy bmw tools, just google for the link. If calibration is the issue, this shouldn't take more than 16min to fix once everything is running.

I wouldnt trust gt1 for this, as for dis, depending on the version running, it should be okay. But from my experience its easier to just install mikes tools as eacman mentioned.
