Hey guys,
I've been expanding the catalog of TTV Racing's flywheel and clutch products in the S54's mechanical program on euroconnex.co. They have a lot of ultra niche applications, but very few are documented. TTV Racing is part of their larger industrial group in the UK. They manufacture drivetrain components for OEMs and motorsport teams. The retail business isn't their thing, and I'm trying to bring light to these uniques applications to widen the spectrum of options for our cars.
What I'm looking for / offering:
I'm looking to involve more owners reviewing products that aren't in my plans yet, but from brands that I've grown to trust over the years. I've personally had great experiences with their units on the S85 SMG3 and S65 DCT.
The inspiration came from the recently introduced lightweight GS6 transmission package for the S65 and S85. It's a clever, lightened, extremely well built kit that reduces clutch & usable flywheel surface, yet retains the OE clutch feel with the functionality of a twin disc and Genuine BMW throwout bearing compatibility and is installed with S55 crankshaft bolts. The kit is rebuildable for usually 50% of the original kit's price should you ever wear it out.
They made the flywheels out of carbon forged steel, and the clutch casing is billet aluminum. This complete kit weights as much as a stock S85 flywheel.
The new S54 kits.
The previously curated kits were the S54's 420G street flywheel and the ZF street flywheel. Those are compatible with the OEM 240mm clutches.
GranAm Flywheel (420G)
This should be a mild street kit due to the higher weight. This one is very interesting and I'm thinking about documenting it next Spring.
FastRoad Single Disc Kit (420G & ZF)
This is still a street kit, but for weekend cars IMO.
Lightweight Twin Disc Package (420G)
Ideal for track cars and F/I

- Heavily discounted units on the kits you'll find below.
- Be honest: if it sucks, it sucks - if it's great, it's great, just give it to us straight.
- I need people that can take DSLR level pictures similar to what's below.
- You don't need to copywrite - we'd chat about it, I'd write and you'd approve / disapprove of the write up.
