ID:	233898 Previous job a co-worker was an ex BMW master tech and passed this book off to me. He received it when he went through the factory training before the E46 M3 was released. I’ve seen some references to it online through archives but all the links seemed dead.
I don’t think it has any info that isn’t already available but this is a nice reference to have in one place.
I figured it might be nice to have it all in one pdf. If you guys are interested I can scan the book and post it here. The entire thing is about 300 pages but that also contains info on interior items and the e39 M5. I figured the engine, electronics and SMG sections are probably the most interesting.
let me know and I can get some scans up

This is why I posted before attempting to scan 100 pages.

Appreciate the link. I some how missed that one in my search.
Here’s the direct link to the book I posted.

I guess I am old--I'd pay for you take it to Staples where whoever will make a bound copy of it and mail it to me. N/M--caught the link in above post, but, I do like paper in some instances!
