Advice for Additional Work During Inspection 2 Service

I'm within 5k of Inspection 2, and I want to make the most of this opportunity to tackle any additional maintenance or upgrades that may be beneficial. Aside from the list of items included in the Inspection 2 service:
    - 10w60 M-Power Engine Oil
    - Genuine BMW Oil Filter Kit
    - OE BMW Pollen Filter
    - Genuine BMW Spark Plugs
    - OE BMW Air Filter
    - Valve Clearance Process (Any shims required charged additionally).
    - 75W Gearbox Oil
    - 75W/140 LS Diff Oil

I'd like to hear recommendations on any additional tasks or upgrades I can consider while the valve cover is off and everything is easily accessible. Whether it's preventative maintenance, performance enhancements, or anything else that could be of benefit, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!

Beisan oil pump disc and upper chain guide if they have not been done yet. Since a new exhaust hub is $400, it's worth doing the pump disc early before the hub breaks a tab.

I was fortunate that during the 60k inspection 2, my tab was in the hub. I replaced the disc with a Besain one and got a new hub. I didn't think about the chain guide; I'll add that to the list. Thank you.

While the valve cover is off, tensionser and disc as someone already mentioned, maybe upgrade cam gear bolts?

Not in the valve cover, but have you upgraded the rear diff bushings bolts?

I've heard about upgraded differential bolts, but I hadn't considered them before. I'll definitely take them into account since I'll be under there. Thank you

They might have already replaced the upper chain guide when the hub was replaced. Replacing that upper chain guide or hub requires retiming the engine, so hopefully the guide was already replaced.
