How to get -2 camber in the front?

I currently am lowered with some style 359m ZCP e90 comp wheels on the e46 m3 .
The tyres rub the fender a little and on turns. Rear is rubbing on the inner fender on a turn

I currently have -1.3 deg camber in the front and -1.7 in the rear.
    Tyre specs are
    245/35/19 19x9 + 31 , 6mm spacer = 19x9+25
    275/30/19 19X10 + 25

My height is 13.5in front , 13in rear.

If I wanted to get -2 camber in the front, can I simply swap the top hats? I dont think I want/need more than -2 deg of camber. Im guessing if I just do the pin swap , I may be able to get a bit more (-1.5?)
How much more camber can I get in the rear or have I maxxed it out?

My current alignment is -3deg in the front, -2.2 in the rear. I have stock camber arms and stock top hats, just flipped.

whats your ride height? Have you swapped the top hats for the front?
You can ge -2.2 in the rear without rear camber arms?

The Dinan fixed plates are also a good option and work with the OE top hats. That's what I use on Rosso.
