Ohlin DFV R/T Damper Settings For Track

I have a new to me M3 that came with the Ohlin R/T kit. I had JRZ RS2s on the old car but figured I would give the Ohlins a shot to compare and contrast.

What is a good baseline setting for the Ohlin dampers for track use?

    Ohlin's recommends 0-7 clicks for track use - http://bd8ba3c866c8cbc330ab-7b26c6f3...MI_BMSMI30.pdf

It all depends on the track but in general I run 6 clicks from full hard on the front and 9 from full hard in the rear. Feels good, Ran last season flat ride configuration 350lb springs front and 700lb rear, for this year bumped to 396/750 both setups no rear bar coming out of corners can really tell different can get on the gas quicker, but have not test yet on the track because of this covid-19 problem. On the street both ride amazing though.
