Passing smog with euro headers and euro section 1?

For those of you in California with euro headers (or equivalent) and catted section 1's, are you able to successfully pass smog? Are you not getting dinged on the visual inspection?

Simply depends on who you go to. Some are more diligent/knowledgeable than others.

Doesn't just include the euro stuff. This would apply to any setup that's "illegal." It's easy enough to get the ECU set right, so it all comes down to the visual and the tech doing it.
