    CSL Wheels authentication

I have these csl wheels got from a BMW rep awhile back. Or so he said. I just realized now it doesnt have the bmw stamp. I wanted to confirm if there was a batch of csl wheels without the bmw stamp? The part numbers are there and the wheel looks the part. Did anyone make a replica that looks exact down to the part number?

He got me, but does anyone know what company made replicas this close? At least I'll be able to identify it. I thought I had an eye for spotting the replica, lol. Guess these are off an original mold. At least fitment is nice. Lol

Finish looks flat as well. The BMW ones are more metallic / shiny, and maybe a shade darker

Likely redundant information at this point, but posting for the benefit of anyone else researching the topic. Here is the face of an authentic OEM CSL front wheel. Sorry OP, a missing BMW stamp is the hallmark of CSL reps.

I've run into this situation multiple times, just last month as a matter of fact, on cars I've shopped for. They advertise CSL or ZCP (I know there are differences) wheels on a car and they are reps. The last e46 m3 zcp I looked at you could see in the pictures the wheels were reps (not even good reps) so I thought I'll just ask and see what they say. So I ask and I get back "Yes they are the factory wheels". This sales place advertises themselves as Euro specialists and work on e46 m3s quite a bit. Definitely a buyer beware type of situation with these wheels.

Good that AWE46M3 posted up those pics.

Wait - you got them from a BMW representative?
