    Instrument cluster gone crazy

So as the title says the instrument cluster has gone crazy. When I first start the car I can run the cluster test and it works fine but after a few minutes the needles start jumping around and the motors can be heard.

I have tried disconnecting the battery and sometimes the cluster comes back for a few seconds/minutes but then goes back to being crazy. Also, there are no codes stored for the cluster.

Sometimes it still happens after the car is turned off.

    Has anyone experienced this before?

Wow, in for what this might be. Aside from needing an exorcism, I'm guessing the problem is related to voltage somehow? Thanks for sharing.

Absent some logically-connected mods - I'd measure voltage constancy during the problem period to determine or dismiss this as a cause.

I will try measuring at the cluster connector, thanks.
