Cleaned ICV and throttle bodies, now pool of oil appears

I just purchased an 03 HPF M3.I cleaned the ICV and throttle bodies and after I was done car started and ran and I shut it off. Next day I came out to the garage and there was a giant pool of oil underneath the car. Any ideas on what caused this?

    Is it only oil?
    How did you clean?

Sounds unrelated to me unless you left something disconnected?

ICV and Throttle Bodies are related to airflow and A/R, they don't have any thing to do with oil. Did you unplug something during the process? Sounds like it's unrelated, did you get underneath the car and find the trail?

Breather hose on the bottom of the manifold not correctly re-attached?
        Old, not obsolete.

+1 double check that hose as it connects to the dip stick/oil pan. What you're describing sounds like an oil pan leak

If you have SMG, your hose to the reservoir might be not connected properly.

This should cause lean codes but OP didn't say, so I think he has SMG and its oil leaking.
