Both of these areas are kinda worn out from where my elbow rests on them. Has anyone had any good experiences with an aftermarket rewrapping service (do they exist) or other diy product? The crazy prices on new OEM leather is a bit out of the budget for something like.

I would imagine any half decent automotive upholstery shop would be able to re-do these for you at a fairly affordable cost -
