i will throw my $.02 and say that i was one of the first to purchase from Mike when he'd just created Status Gruppe, back then he was very hands on, honest, and attentive with his customers. clearly, the business got way too big for him to maintain himself, and at the end of the day, good intentions or not, what does it matter what you say/promise if it always ends up not being true?
