This was installed by BMW at the factory. It was on my factory slicktop. I’ve never had the headliner replaced prior in its lifetime.

I am very sure they were not there on my headliner. Now that the journal is lost from M3F……ugh I can't be bothered to look through Photobucket.

Looking at Schmeidmann Euro headliner your point is valid that my NA slicktop headliner is different enough.,and yours does not have same foam blocks. From what I can see it’s mostly just around the C pillar cut-out for foam. Digging a bit further to get more visual detail/contrast on shape I went into ETK and selected the gray Euro one. Even more interesting is that it this version has NO bump at all unlike the mold shown being used. Which has a more countoured gradient bump. I recall in old threads about the Euro headliner this being mentioned. This completely smooth one seems like should be the preferred Euro version?
Regardless, my earlier point on needing foam like the USA version seems unnecessary.

I emailed them with all the questions from this thread, answers below:

It will not be made out of carbon fiber, and it will be wrapped in BM134 fabric. A pure carbon (with no fabric) version could be made, but it would be more expensive than the carbon roofs they sell.

There are no photos, weights, fitment pictures as of now. First batch of headliner should be done in one week.

              ***UPDATE***

Pictured is our very first production headliner completed. We are still trying different fabrics as the company that sells bm 134 has not replied to us for an order. This particular one is wrapped with a standard black/grey headliner material similar to oem. We should have the final fabric swatches come in this next week and we will decide which material is closest to matching. We can also do alcantara for additional cost.

Current production price is $800 but possibly will retail for 1K once everything is set.
