    Front Control Arms

Anyone have experience with trying any other brand front lower control arms besides Genuine or Lemforder? I've always gone with Lemforder in the past but they have gone up significantly in price at some point over the last 8 years or so.

I see some other options on rockauto like Vaico and Delphi. Not sure if those are garbage or if they're good enough. Just comes down to the ball joint quality I guess.

Curious if anyone's had good success with cheaper alternatives.

    Stay away from Uro.

Lemforder or BMW are the only two going on my //M.

Agreed with above. Non-M has other options but for the M3, lemforder is the only non-BMW brand that you won’t regret.

There's also TRW branded units available. ZF bought TRW a while back, so it's literally the same company as Lemförder.

I see also Marelli branded units. Marelli is also a supplier for serial production equipment, so they should be the same standard.

Delphi is another serial production supplier, they have since changed their name to Aptiv. They possibly sell old parts under their old brand name.

Any other brands I found were aftermarket companies, not involved in serial production.
