Tire Inflating Bottle

What are you guys doing to replace the BMW tire inflating bottle (BMW part# 71102282826)? Since there's an expiration date on these, I just tried to place an order for one, only to find out that these are NLA and got my order cancelled Does anyone knows if there's a compatible replacement part for these? Thanks.

I just use the commonly available tire ropes

They have been NLA for a long time. Best to just place a gummi worm and inflate.

Griot’s garage sells one that is similar to the original that doesn’t destroy the tire. Fits in the slot where the stock one went.

I have an emergency repair kit and a compressor that plugs into the cigarette lighter in the car.

As above, a tyre plug and the original compressor. I like the mushroom head type ones over the sticky wire type ones.

Have never needed it on the M3 though (touch wood)
