BMW Recall Question

I received a call rom BMWNA reminding me to take my car in for the Takata airbag recall. The rep said there are 3 outstanding recalls on the car. Airbags, DME Reprogramming, and another recall she wasn't sure of. My question has to do with the DME reprogramming. Has anyone had this done? I have Euro headers/cats on the car and I am just curious if this would impact whatever that reprogramming is and whether it will also affect my emissions tests going forward because NY is a pita to pass state inspection.

I had the DME recall done a few years ago, something to do with emissions if I remember correctly. I think you'll be fine honestly because CA has the most strict laws in the country when it comes to that and I passed witha similar setup.
