Rear Bumper Foam Hardware Part #’s

Could use some assistance locating the part numbers for these 2 screws that go into the foam carrier. Don’t see them specified on any diagrams. The foam in my carrier failed and I used some lag bolts that worked for a couple years to hold everything together. I’m buying a new carrier and fixing it right now. Are they just the same as the other ones that go into the foam? It’s been years since I took them out. 51127894997
