2002 front core support and front bumper brace

I have a track dedicated 2002 M2 that I nosed the wall and broke some stuff. I have the car in a frame shop for repair. I have a front core support from a e46 330i. Are the core supports and front bumper support model specific. I prefer to keep the aluminum bumper brace as I weld in bushings I mount my rain/night baja lights.
