Garagistic subframe bushings issue

Hey all, had a buddy order the garagistic subframe bushings, and during the install noticed a gap that didn’t sow the v brace install.

A quote for context:

“They fit nice but the front lower brace has a 6mm gap where those 4 13mm bolts go. At first they were telling me to leave the brace out completely but that sounds wrong and then they stopped responding to my calls”

Now he’s done about a dozen of these installs using Turner or CMP without issue (mine included) and never run into this issue. Curious if anyone else had an issue and how they resolved it?

Leaving off the brace seems illogical.

That sucks. Either replace the mounts or get a stack of washers and longer bolts.

Garagistic is the modern day UUC.

i bought a PS delete block from them. Didn’t realize it was plastic. I was in a pinch so I just installed it. Surprise…it leaked. I called them and they said I over torqued it.

Update: Garage company is refunding and now discontinuing the e46 m3 subframe bushings.

I dont know why people on here go for garbage parts. Just get OE BMW or Solids from CMP etc....
