Passenger side seat controls relay location

So, my passenger side seat controls gave up altogether the other day, none of the buttons work. I checked fuse 70, and looks good, i.e., there is a full metal piece between the 2 terminals.

I read somewhere that if the fuse is OK, then the next thing to check / change would be the relay. Where would that be located?

I took apart the seat control box, but was surprised to see that it is a super simple construction with just the circuit board and the 3 switches, no relays there.

Must use a voltmeter to make sure it has 12v on both ends of the fuse. Check via the small holes on the fuse head.

Then, check if the 15pin connector X604 has 12v at pin8.
