    Help diagnose a rattle

    Hey guys,

I've been trying to track down a rattle I've been hearing mostly during idle/low rpm.

I traced it down to the bottom of the car, all pulleys/tensioners are new, VANOS is "quiet", water pump is normal. I've done the screw driver test and bought a mechanics stethoscope, but haven't had a change to listen closer to the transmission/clutch. I am suspecting it is clutch or DMF as I cannot pinpoint anything else that would be making noise like this.

Here is what it sounds like, https://youtube.com/shorts/cMkGCXyks...Zf8ZfKYeR4-l_k

    Thanks, appreciate any guidance 🙏

Pushing on or releasing the clutch pedal doesn't change the noise?
Remove the two belts and run engine for couple minutes to see if noise change.

I don't think so, I can only hear it when car is idling after driving around, I give it slight gas to to make it more apparent, but if the RPM is too high I don't hear it. Also when car is cold I don't hear it as much, only after warmed up.

I'll have to listen to it cold over the next few days to see if I can pick it up before removing belts. Otherwise I'd have to drive it around, remove belts and try.
