    Just curious, what's your rebound setting for MCS 1WNR?

    For those few with MCS 1wnr, I'm just curious how many clicks you're running F/R. There are 18 clicks total iirc.

    I'm running 3 clicks F & R since myspring rates are fairly mild (343lb/628lb). I bump it to 7/7 for canyon runs.

    The adjustment is supposedly compression (some) with rebound, not a straight rebound setting like on Koni yellow, for example.

      Front
      C=5
      R = 9

      Rear

      R=8

          Interesting to see the setups
          I found this MotoIQ article and the youtube video associated with it to be a great resource: https://motoiq.com/how-to-adjust-you...stable-shocks/

          Mine:
          400/650 springs, Turner front bar on full soft, on Michelin PS4S
          Current setup from full soft
          F: 8 clicks
          R: 4 clicks

          I street tuned it / ran the full sweep independently F/R on my test loop

          Landed on 6/4 for a while but was getting on throttle understeer when on track and dialed up the front to 8.
          Quite happy with 8/4 now. I haven't needed to change it in the past year and the settings stay the same on street and on track.

            is that 650 a true coilover or divorced rear spring?

            After watching the MotoIQ video I bumped my fronts up a couple clicks (now at 9f/10r). Initially I had focused on my front/rear balance and was paying attention to ride quality primarily, thinking that the springs/sway bars would do the work of cornering feel. I guess I didn't realize how much the dampers could affect steering feel and turn in. After increasing the front 4 clicks the front end definitely feels sharper and more responsive, though it does require a little more attention. I may drop it down a click (to 8 front). I will probably bump the rear up a couple clicks as well. I have a track day next Sunday so I'll play around with it some more and then test it at the track and see what I like. I added a wing so I will probably have to compensate for that some in the rear as well.

            I do love these dampers. Best money i've spent on improving this car, other than maybe the diff.

              Im on a 650 divorced setup
              have fun at the track. Would highly recommend doing a sweep maybe 4 clicks at a time and a lap or two in between for testing and see how the changes affect car balance on turn in and track out. You will be able to feel changes under braking, trail braking, and mid corner adjustability with rear rebound changes.

                Damn that's a soft rear spring. I wonder if that may be contributing to the understeer.

                Yea that's my plan. It should be a low car count day so I should have time to play with settings quite a bit.

                  I just dropped my front down to 8 and bumped my rear up to 13. So the same front to rear balance I had before but stiffened everything up. Feels great. Ride quality may even be an improvement surprisingly. I think the dampers are controlling the spring and reducing undulation better.

                    I'm so amazed how well the MSC control the spring. Massive bumps are nothing.

                    On the other hand, I just installed Ohlin's R&T in my E90 which had bilstein b8s with lowering springs, and I have to say, I'm not that impressed. MCS have totally blown me away, and Ohlins haven't. I'm not saying I don't like the Ohlins, just how much I love the MCS.
