Does anyone of the top mounts availble preserve te OEM top mount height or do they all lower the car?

You can just shim the stack of whatever camber plates and hardware (washers/spacers) to acheive OEM thickness. Or raise the bottom perch if you have coilovers. Or use a taller spring.DD: /// 2011.5 Jerez/bamboo E90 M3 · DCT · Slicktop · Instagram

I want avoid raising the spring perch if possible.
The bush in the OEM top mount sits a lot lower than it does on my TMS mounts. I don't think there is enough space to fit a 1 inch spacer without running out of thread for the top nut.
Apologies if i have misunderstood what you meant by shimming the stack.
