Tail light replacement: what comes in the box?

I've got leaky taillight seals (the seals that sit where the main lights meet trunk opening on the body and keep water from leaking into the trunk) and I'm looking to replace them. Also weighing replacing the taillights themselves all together to refresh.

Wondering: if I buy a new taillight (URO or OE BMW) what comes in the box? Is it just the taillight? Do I get the trunk seal as well (this)? How about the back panel with the trunk light (this)?

its only the taillight. Trunk seal and back panel does not come with it
I feel like i should order a set, as more and more things are becoming NLA. May be the time to purchase these if you plan to keep the car long term.
2 years ago i replaced 1 tail light on my 325Ci as the LED's started to fail.

Curious, is the "OEM" ULO tail really the exact same part and quality as the BMW one? Does the BMW one have a logo on it anywhere?

I did get a replacement ULO and it looked exactly like the genuine one. This was about 2-3 years ago. I need to look to see what logos are on it

These are for a vert which is great!

They Do Not have LED ULO for the Coupe.

Oh sorry, I didn't realize the outer tails were different, I thought it was just the inner tails.
