Cold start exhaust mostly from inner tailpipes

I get rough idle on cold start. Today I noticed i get a lot more exhaust smoke from the inner tailpipes and almost nothing from the outer tailpipes

Does this mean there's an issue between the two engine banks or perhaps a blockage in one side of the exhaust system?

If it’s the stock muffler, both pipes terminate into the same chamber if i recall correctly, and then both left and both right tailpipes come off separate chambers. So if the inners have more exhaust coming out it’s just a matter of them having less resistance or shorter internal piping than the outers.
