Any M3 owners have a new Bronco?

As the title suggests, looking to see if any like minded M3 owners also have a Bronco in their fleet. Looking to swap my wife’s XC90 and my model 3 for a Kia EV9 and a Bronco.

My kids like them and it think it would be a fun family car and good complement to the EV9. However, I’m a bit worried that it will be too uncomfortable and unpleasant to drive after a few months. My daily commute is 40 miles on the highway round trip.

I understand that a body on frame vehicle that the roof and doors come off won’t be the most refined experience, just looking for input from anyone with real experience owning one.

By no means am I comparing it to an e46 m3, but the perspective of a fellow m3 owner would be greatly appreciated as I often times find reviews difficult to judge as the driver isn’t “calibrated” to the same cars as I am.

I think we overestimate how much non-enthusiasts actually care for or even understand ride refinement. I had a 4th gen 4runner and not once did anyone find it uncomfortable. I say if you find the m3 comfortable enough, the bronco should be fine. Its a modern car, its going to be comfortable. Car reviewers tend to nitpick comfort against competitors- and although it is fair consideration given the price of cars, its usually not night and day between models.

I spent a day on the highway and off-roading in a modified V6 Bronco (basically just big tires and lift) and it was surprisingly versatile and competent on the highway, and naturally a beast off-road with those disconnecting roll bars. I don't live with one every day but seemed to be better than Wrangler, likely. That said, I personally love my on-road/off-road Jeep GC Trailhawk

Thanks for sharing, I’m definitely into the Bronco over the wrangler despite the Jeep styling being more appealing to me. I might try to rent one on turo for a week to see how it goes.

I own a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. I test drove both and much preferred the Gladiator (I drove a similar optioned Bronco). Also, generally speaking, you can get a great deal on Gladiator's right now as they have far too many sitting on lots, plus you get the functionality of a bed which is great.

Recently put a down payment on a Land Cruiser. Waiting for Toyota to make my spec.

Planning to use it for family overlanding vacations, as well as any... big car needs that come up (towing, moving large things, etc).
