Silly noise I cannot find. . .

I've been through every bolt on the car I can get to on that right side wheel. Sway bar links, control arm bushings. I cannot figure this one out. Pry bar, hammer. Nothing is loose.

Only happens under about 25mph.

Point it out at what frames.

It’s the metallic change rattling noise each time I hit one of those rumble strips. I’ll try to get a better video.
