Glad you got it blowing cold OP, just wondering if you went about replacing the drier and/or the exp valve in your process?

No reason to replace drier as air didn’t get in a partial charged system.
No clogging issue then no need to replace Xvalve.

I didn’t replace anything. For $60 I was able to test and recharge the system. If the issue comes back then yes I will go down the rabbit hole of replacing things as it is an aging system.

I do have future plans for a CF much later down the road which is when I also plan to refresh the interior and do some other small mods that require removal of dash. This will be the optimal time for me to refresh the evaporator so forth.

George Hill not sure how much was in the system but I can say it was way over what it should have been.
