Options? Sagging door seal

Other than buying new door seals, are there any other options? Similar to how someone made the rear quarter window trim rubber available.

I just repaired mine last week. It had already been re-glued by the PO. I removed as much old adhesive as I could, ran a bead of Liquid Nails Fuze It, then clamped/taped it up as best I could for 24hrs. Used some shims on the interior clamp face to spread the load. Seems to have bonded well, tbd...
