Rear shock mounts standard and monoball

I would like to replace the rear damper mounts because they are a bit tired. Are the monoball versions harsher in regard to ride comfort?

Monoballs will make you think the car is falling apart they are so noisy. Do not even consider running them on the street.

I had them for a bit and also went back to the non mono all from rogue engineering. In my case you can feel concrete joints very neatly, but there was no noise, just some extra harshness. I tend to think they may not be as bad if you have springs mounted on the rubber pads, if you have adjustable jacks, they are solid so it adds to the harshness.

if you are unsure just use the non mono ball version.
