Sort of hypothetical situation. Imagine if you have a cylinder(s) filled with fuel, what would be the best minimal invasion way to empty it? suck out with some soft hose through the spark plug and then just let dry? I also read that fuel in a cylinder can resolve on oil film and cause higher friction. So I assume you would need to crank the car without ignition and fuel to build some oil pressure? FYI, these are not S54/M3 related thoughts.

You can pull the fuel pump fuse and the plug of the affected cylinder , then crank the engine for 3 seconds or so..
It'll spit the fuel out of the plug hole. Put a rag over the hole and wear eye protection.
or,
pull the plug and let the engine sit.
or,
siphon it out with the tube and trigger assembly of a spray bottle.
or
common vacuum pump/tube.
Hopefully the engine has not been cranked with a significant amount of fluid in the cylinder.
