Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with trying to make a cd changer Bluetooth adapter from bluemusic work with my factory head unit. My phone connects to the Bluetooth unit fine, but there is no sound.
From the previous owner of the car, there was modification done to some wires in the trunk, as well as what looks like some pin swapping on the quadloc connector to the head unit.
from what i can tell:
The pin 15 wire is now in the pin 4 position
The pin 12 wire is now in the pin 15 position
The pin 16 wire is now in the pin 12 position.
There is also a modification done to the antenna wire.
In the trunk there was a DNF high/low impedance converter spliced into the two blue/red wires, and the two white wires.
What can I do to restore the stock function to the CD changer to enable my Bluetooth converter to work? would it be best to get a new quadloc connector and rewire?
