Official measurements to determine clutch wear?

My clutch release bearing needs replacing. I also have a spare clutch if needed.

Are there any official measurements to to check clutch wear or probably life left?

Just replace it once it is out, a LUK clutch kit costs nothing.

Thanks Mate. I have the LuK kit and even went to the trouble of getting the Sachs release bearing because i was told it was better than the LuK release bearing included with the Luk clutch kit.

I was just wondering if there were any measurements to be taken since the i'm not sure of the clutch age.
