Bavsound question

Hey Guys,

I have the Harman Kardan system and im looking to upgrade with Bavsound. There is a used set near me, but it looks like its connection to a HIFI system (speaker grilles are blank).

Theres no amp along with this (just speakers)... What is the difference between the two Bavsound options? Are the speakers the different? Is it a how the speaker are connected?

So does that mean if this is HIFI and I have an HK, that it's a no go and I shouldn't buy it?

I'm not a big audio guy, but because they run different resistances I believe if you run the standard system it could blow your amp. Maybe if you get a different amp it may work assuming the only difference between the two systems is the speakers and the amp. Unless it's a killer deal maybe not worth the hassle and risk.

I just bought the hk version and was planning on doing the install today.
