You can get the crimps in copper from Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Anybody know this crimp connector.
And possibly also the producer of these end shrink caps.

I don't know where to find the colored caps, but those "crimps" are called "parallel splices".
The caps are "shrinkable cable ends".
