Eventuri Hybrid Airbox

Any update on the pricing/pre on sale this? I did a quick check and didn’t see anything yet

I didn't feel like the OE style Karb + Eventuri was even close. You can only get so much sound volume and resonance when funneling it through a smaller MAF housing versus a 200mm wide CSL intake opening with a large panel filter.

I can't see it in the pictures, but it looks like the MAF screen is omitted on the Eventuri intake. From what I have read, that is there to smooth airflow over the MAF sensor, and without it, it could lead to drivability issues.

As a person that has the OE karb airbox + Eventuri I agree it's not close. It's missing the volume but more importantly that low grumble. I will say that it still sounds pretty damn great just not the same as the CSL.

IMO, wait and go listen to both this and a CSL airbox in person.

I want to see a dyno session showing it not losing power on a stock engine, stock tune, with stock US cats and cams.

I'd like to know if they made the effort to record this on something with an external mic but nerdery aside, it sounds pretty good to me. I could be in the market for one but still need to see some numbers.

Boy I was THIS close to ordering the OEM style karbonius box to use with my existing Eventuri I've had since it came out now this happens AND it comes out near my Bday. Very excited.

That's what I'm assuming as well, very interested in this, was going to go with Karb OE box. I already have Eventuri intake, so will definitely see how this product works out

Same, I'm definitely holding off now. Curious how they'll end up pricing it vs. the Karb OE style though, considering the Eventuri cone isn't exactly cheap for what it is.
