Euro section 1 install - how to get to post cat O2 sensors

As the title reads, when installing the euro section 1 I originally had the post cat O2 sensors torqued up, but couldn’t figure out how to slip them on without hitting the section 2 flange. So instead I installed the section 1 without them in, and now have to find a way to install and torque them after the fact. Clearance is super tight, and the wires prevent using a socket 22 mm. Any ideas on how to do this? Most DIYs here are US header based, I looked over at M3 cutters but no luck. Do I need to take them down and figure out a way to install the section 1 with the sensors in?

BTW here is a good link to a wire routing solution on IG

The official way is to remove and install the section 1 with the section 2 still attached. That way, one can easily access the bolts and O2 sensors.

The "that sounds like too much like hard work" method is to loosen the section 2 exhaust bracket and push the section 2 one way while feeding up the section 1 with the O2 sensors already installed. Only one side (passenger or drivers side, can't remember), has enough room to sneak the section 1 in there. Tightening the 4 top bolts with two open ended wrenches is always a fun exercise.

Interesting, I fully installed the O2's and was able to bolt section 1>2, I do seem to remember it wasn't so easy.

I have the Supersprint catted section one. I have swapped the O2's with the exhaust in place using an O2 sensor wrench.

          Something like this:

Ok - yes if I were going to be successful, I was thinking a crows foot.

When i was running Euro cats i installed the O2 sensors and egt sensor, then installed the the sec 1, and just plugged in the sensors after. I don’t think there’s space to put them in after the sec 1 is installed is there?
