    Cargo Net for trunk ?

Been looking and can’t seem to find one that fits the coupe trunk? One I see is discontinued and the E46 one I use n the wagon doesn’t fit the coupe trunk. Too loose - any one know where to get a good after market/non Chinese version?

Do you have a part #? I have a BMW luggage cargo net in my trunk but I'm assuming you're looking for something different?

I got the cheap amazon one. It lasted maybe 3 months before the clips broke. Just use a bungee cord across the two hooks coming trough the carpet. Less busy and functional.

I use collapsible crate and a bungie cord to hold stuff in my trunk with the same hooks

Collapsible crate is good, need to check that out. Got a specific make in mind?

The bungee is so simple you almost overlook the idea of it but it really is better than a cargo net in my opinion for the reasons i mentioned. If anyone has stuff in the trunk past those hooks give or take i suggest starting by emptying the trunk lol, its prob a lot of stuff that doesnt need to be there at all. 😆

Collapsible crate is good but the cargo net is much more versatile. I really like having one in all my cars. Genuine BMW part (51470142396) was pretty cheap but it looks like it's discontinued and NLA. Perhaps something with similar dimensions from another brand/model would work just as well.

Not sure where i got the ones i have, someone from my family had some not sure on the exact model, but its similar to this

In the crate, i have small jump pack, battery powered air compressor, small socket set, torx bits, coolant, first aid kit, and oil.

Interesting - I see the bungee idea but I love how the net works in the wagon. Just odd there isn’t a quality option out there.
